We are excited for you to be part of 2024's TEAMS Europe event - the opportunity for sporting-event rights holders to network with European and international destinations and suppliers.

 

Co-located with The Meetings Show at Excel London, TEAMS Europe will be held 18-20 June 2024 and will include:

• Insightful education- covering sports and e-sports 

• Networking opportunities 

• Prescheduled 1-to-1 meetings with qualified sports rights holders

 

Access

TEAMS Europe is taking place at ExCeL London in the Platinum Suite.

The platinum suite is located in the central boulevard of ExCeL, close to the West (Custom House) entrance. Once registered within the platinum suite lobby, the team will direct you to Level 3 to find your appointment space.

 

Car Parking

ExCeL London offers onsite car parking for 3,700 cars, including over 2,000 spaces directly beneath the venue. All onsite parking is pay and display. The ticket machines are located within the car parks and accept coins, notes and credit cards. The undercroft car parks have a 1.9m height limit.

 

Your Appointment Space

You will have a 4ft table with cloth, two chairs and a tent card with your company logo displayed. Please feel free to bring your own branded cloth and/or collateral with you to place on your table.

You will have access from 11am on Tuesday 18 June, to arrive and set up your appointment space.

 

Company Logo

Please ensure you submit a high-res company logo to our team that we can print and display on your appointment space. Please send this through to kjeffery@ntmllc.com by 3 June 2024.

Expoplatform

Expoplatform is our central hub for the event. It's where you can manage and update your company profile, which will be visible to all attendees. You'll manage your whole show experience from Expoplatform, from booking and hosting meetings, attending the live education sessions or gathering your show leads to follow up on. The platform's AI will suggest matches to attendees and suppliers based on your profile information and search criteria, and the buyers' own. The more information you provide, the more efficient the matching will be.

Following registration and the qualification process, Hosted Buyers will be able to make appointments with exhibitors. As an exhibitor, you will be able to access your diary via the event app whilst you are at the show saving the need to print out your schedules. Keep an eye out on your emails for more information directly from the marketing and Expoplatform team.

 

The Meetings Show

Your name badges will allow you access to The Meetings Show on Wednesday 19 June & Thursday 20 June.
