| Becoming a Group Coordinator (GCO) is free of charge and is an added benefit, helping to amplify your exhibitor presence at TEAMS Europe. By becoming a group coordinator, exhibitors can invite their clients to attend the event as hosted buyers, offering them a VIP experience, but without taking on the expense, as we will host them on the exhibitor’s behalf. In return, as a GCO, you will receive benefits such as discounts on your 2025 exhibitor fee and exposure through TEAMS Europe marketing channels. |
A Group Coordinator's role is to invite their clients or prospects to attend TEAMS Europe as hosted buyers.
WHO SHOULD YOU INVITE?
You should invite UK and European event planners who are responsible for site and venue selection for their organisation, who are looking to move any of their events to new cities or, expand to new destinations, or are creating a new event that needs a host city.
Qualifying buyer categories:
• International Federations
• International Sports Organisations
• UK National Governing Bodies
• Other National Governing Bodies
• Professional Sport-Event Organisers
• In-person Esports Event Organisers
• Amateur & Youth Sport Event Organisers
Qualifiers will be looking at the following criteria:

Size and frequency of events organised per year, globally

Level or purchasing or decision making authority

Location of events organised
PLEASE NOTE:
Applications from the same office or organisation will be reviewed individually. Applicants from the same organisation will be approved if they can demonstrate they look after different areas or accounts and will be looking at booking appointments with different suppliers.
TRAVEL & ACCOMODATION
Qualifying hosted buyers receive:

Complimentary return economy ticket (air/ rail) from their home destination to Birmingham, including taxes, if requested and if applicable

Return transfers in London between the airport/ train station, hotel and Birmingham, as well as official TEAMS Europe networking events

Complimentary accommodation (on bed and breakfast basis) in the 4-star Belfry Hotel & Resort, if requested and if applicable
REMINDER:
Please remind your buyers that it is their responsibility to ensure they have all the necessary documents to travel to London. Buyers who are unable to travel due to a lack of correct documentation will be subject to a cancellation charge.
Travel and accommodation is available for buyers residing within the UK and Europe only.
