Marisa Beckman is the founder of Inovent, a small operational, safety, budget and strategy events management consultancy founded in 2003.  Prior to that she was in house at Clarion Events Ltd with her last full-time role of show director of the Royal Smithfield Show at Earls Court. With a wealth of consumer and trade shows under Inovent’s belt, she has been operations manager of the London International Horse Show since 2000, and works with Clarion Events, HPower, PLASA, LEIA and Springboard Events to name a few of her clients.
