Bobby Hare leads the newly established Host City division at ESL FACEIT Group, the industry leaders in esports and gaming. His team is responsible for building meaningful relationships with cities around the world, working with governmental stakeholders to drive economic and cultural value through event hosting opportunities. He also manages the strategic development and delivery of their VIP hospitality offering, setting a new benchmark in hospitality for the esports industry. Prior to his role at EFG, Hare was a director at creative agency Designwerk, overseeing the company’s commercial growth. He has helped develop brand and audience engagement strategies for some of the biggest properties in sports including UEFA, Chelsea FC, World Rugby, Confederation of African Football, European Tour and Formula 1.
