Nalain Naidoo
Nalain Naidoo is a global commercial strategist specializing in building profitable and sustainable international sports and esports events. As director of partnerships at the International Esports Federation (IESF), she leads global revenue strategy, structuring partnerships that balance financial performance, governance integrity, and long-term ecosystem growth. Her work focuses on transforming major championships into commercially viable platforms that deliver measurable ROI for partners while strengthening member federations and host markets.

She has led global sponsorship and activation strategies in collaboration with the International Olympic Committee, UEFA, and FIFA — consistently optimizing contractual rights, strengthening stakeholder alignment and maximizing commercial return.
Through her advisory firm, Swiss Quality Events, she supports rights holders, host cities, and brands in designing event models that integrate revenue generation, operational discipline, and long-term legacy. She brings a cross-sector perspective spanning traditional sport, mega-events, and the fast- evolving esports landscape - with a clear focus on what it takes to deliver events that are not only successful today, but financially and structurally sustainable for the future.
