Shaurya Arun joined the Professional Squash Association in 2022 and serves as commercial manager, leading revenue growth and digital innovation strategies in the lead up to the sport’s Olympic debut at the 2028 Olympic Summer Games in Los Angeles, and beyond. A former competitive squash player, he transitioned into the business side of things, combining on-court experience with expertise in digital transformation and finance.

Before joining the PSA, he played a key role in scaling an EIS-funded sports technology startup, driving growth and innovation in Sports Tech. In his four years at the PSA, he has had several roles — leading the growth and development of SQUASHTV, the organisation’s global OTT platform; creating a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap; and overseeing the development of a single fan view to enhance data-driven engagement and commercial performance.

His work centres on unlocking new revenue opportunities across events, fan products and strategic partnerships, with a strong emphasis on delivering measurable return on investment and profitability for the PSA and its partners — positioning professional squash for sustained growth at LA28 and beyond.
